Halloween Hoopla

Wander down to the Civic Center after you finish the Downtown Halloween Stroll and bounce away the afternoon. We've got free hot chocolate and coffee, treat bags, our costume contest, and more. We can't wait to see the creative designs this year! Contest winners are posted on Sunday, with the remainder of the participants shared to our page on Monday. All prizes are available to pick up at the Civic Center.
Fees are $2 per child, ages 3 - 12 years old.
